What is the Steak Challenge?

It is a time-limited eating challenge where customers must finish a big portion of steak plus sides within a set time to win a prize.

What do participants need to finish?

The challenge steak, required sides, and all food must be fully finished with no leftovers.

What is the time limit?

Common options 60 minutes.

What do winners get?

Typically: free meal, photo on Wall of Fame, certificate Cap

Can customers share the food?

No. One person only.

Are drinks included?

Depends on outlet policy (water only, 1 drink, etc.).

Can customers take breaks?

No breaks allowed. Must remain at the table.

Can customers take leftovers home?

Yes customers can take leftovers home after make payment.

Are reservations needed?

Fill in the forms provided

Who cannot join?

Kids below recommended age or those with medical issues that may be unsafe.

Can customers try again?

Yes, unlimited attempts with payment.

Do customers need to sign a waiver?

Customer require to acknowledge a simple voluntary waiver.

Can customers use sauces?

Yes, but only in-house sauces. No external food.

Can the challenge be recorded?

Yes, it wll be recorded

Is the challenge available daily?

Yes availability is based on reservations and restaurant availability Sunday to Friday

Can the challenge be takeaway or delivery?

No, dine-in only.

How do staff verify the win?

Plate must be clean with no leftovers.

What if the timer stops?

Staff will restart based on last confirmed time

Can steak be pre-cut?

Not Allowed

Can customers order extra food?

No, only challenge meal allowed.

Do winners get certificates?

Depends on outlet — instant printed certificate

Is challenge price same as menu price?

Challenge price only--No Ala Carte

Can two people attempt together?

Yes, but each with separate set and timer.

When does timer start?

When the first participants cuts the stake

Can customers smash or dip food in water?

Most outlets do not allow water-dipping or unnatural food manipulation.

What if customer stops or feels unwell?

Challenge ends immediately.

Can staff cheer?

Yes, softly and without disturbing others.

Is this suitable for first-time visitors?

Yes, but staff should advise about portion size.

Can I bring my own sauce?

No. Outside sauces or condiments are not allowed. Only in-house sauces provided by the restaurant can be used.

What cut is the steak used in the challenge?

We use Striploin for the Steak Challenge

What will the winner get?

Winners will receive:
- Limited Edition TBB Cap
- Winner Certificate
- Featured on our Wall of Fame

What will the loser get?

Losers will:
- Have to pay the fee for the steak
- Take a mugshot with our “Loser Board”

What happens if I finish less than 1kg of steak within the 60-minute limit?

If a participant finishes less than 1kg of steak within the 60-minute limit, they agree to pay a fee of RM200.

What happens if I finish more than 1kg but less than 2kg of steak within the 60-minute limit?

If a participant finishes more than 1kg but less than 2kg of steak within the 60-minute limit, they agree to pay a fee of RM100.

Which type of doneness will the steak be cooked?

The steak will be cooked Well Done.

If I cannot finish my Steak Challenge and want to take home the leftovers, is there a packaging charge?

Yes. Packaging for takeaway leftovers will be charged. This covers the cost of containers and helps us maintain hygiene and quality standards.

Steak Challenge Time Start

When does the Steak Challenge start?
A: The Steak Challenge runs every Sunday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. ONLY.

Side Dishes for the Steak Challenge

Side dishes are optional. If you choose to order any side dishes, you must finish them as part of the challenge and they cannot be taken away.
Failure to finish any ordered side dishes will result in a charge accordingly.

Until when is the Steak Challenge available?

The Steak Challenge will run until 31st December 2025.
